About Our Client Security Solution
In addition to our Endpoint Manager, Fast Assist offers a complete endpoint security solution to our customers who are subscribed to one of our monthly support plans.
It is a superior form of cybersecurity protection built around Comodo Advanced Endpoint Protection and fully integrated into our ITSM system, keeping us informed of any threats your endpoints may encounter and automatically responding to potential threats.

On mobile devices, the antivirus client is built into the Endpoint Manager. On Windows and Mac based PC's, we must send a push command to your device to remotely install our Client Security agent.
You should notice a red square with a white C icon in the Windows system tray called "Fast Assist Client Security.." if you have our optional endpoint security enabled.
Both our Client Security as well as our Endpoint Manager can also be identified in the Windows Start Menu under the Comodo folder.

It is recommend to uninstall any other third party antivirus before having the Fast Assist Client Security deployed to your endpoint. If you have any questions or concerns, simply send an email to info@fastassist.biz or open up a support ticket.

Our Client Security agent provides the following security features (features vary depending upon OS and hardware platform):

  • Fast Verdicting/Forensic Analysis – While unknown files are in containment, the files are immediately analyzed in the cloud by Comodo’s Valkyrie Verdicting Engine using a combination of artificial intelligence and human analysis. 95% of unknown files return a verdict in under 45 seconds! 5% are sent to human security experts with a 4 hour SLA! Security experts are on call 24/7, analyzing more sophisticated threats, returning a verdict in less than 4 hours.
  • Web URL Filtering – Advanced interface to create rules as required – user-specific, sweeping, or as granular as desired.
  • Software Firewall – Offers high-level security against inbound and outbound threats, stealths computer’s ports, manages network connections, and blocks confidential data transmission by malicious software.
  • Antivirus – Features multiple technology-based automatic detection, cleansing and quarantining of suspicious files to eliminate malware and viruses.
  • File Lookup Services (FLS) – Cloud-based instant analysis of unknown files that checks file reputation against Comodo’s master whitelist and blacklists.
