How do I disable your antivirus?
There is no way to disable our Client Security Agent on your endpoint without having us assist.
This is because our Client Security agent is not a traditional antivirus solution.
It is a managed and continually monitored multi-layered advanced endpoint protection solution that integrates into our SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) technology stack.

Any attempts to alter its configuration will trigger an alarm and automatically open a trouble ticket.  This is why it must involve a Fast Assist technician to assist with any needed bypassing of our security client.

Typically, if something is being blocked by our security client, then we need to see why it is being blocked and resolve the issue rather than attempting to bypass security.

Usually this can be resolved fairly quickly by having us check our Cloud based Security Dashboard and see what, exactly, our client security is reacting to.

If a software vendor has requested that you disable your antivirus for any reason during the install of their software, please reach out to us so we can assist.
