How do I remove the Fast Assist Endpoint Manager
By submitting a Request for Change ticket to the Fast Assist Service Desk.  When submitting, don't worry about choosing a sub-category.
Just choose Request of Change, enter a brief description and enter the hostname of the device(s) in the details of the ticket you need this done to.

Our Endpoint Manager manages and monitors endpoints that we install it on.  It is protected against unauthorized uninstallations.
If you are offboarding from Fast Assist as your IT Service vendor, we hate to see you go.
Before you go though, you should open a ticket to remove our software.

Once we have processed your ticket and have confirmed that this is a valid request from a designated Change Authority, we will update the profile and policies on your endpoint to allow the removal of our software.
We will then send out a remote command that will trigger the automatic removal of our client security agent and endpoint manager.
The next time your endpoint is online on the internet, it will receive the remote command and execute it.
It is highly likely that the endpoint will reboot with little to no warning after this occurs.

Our client security agent is also protected in this manner from unauthorized uninstallations.
Changes made to either of these programs that prevent them from reporting in regularly results in automatic alerts being sent out as we continually monitor the status of all endpoints that we manage 24/7/365.
