Frequently Asked Questions

Floating Junxure CRM outlook plugin will not dock within the Outlook GUI and is unusable.
This is because it is loading before Outlook loads.


  1. Go into Outlook
  2. Click on the File menu
  3. Click Options.
  4. In the General section at the top check the checkbox for "Optimize for compatibility (application restart required)"
